All consultation bookings are confirmed upon payment. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. When payment is made, our team will reach out to you via email with the available times and you can choose accordingly. Once you select a time feasible for you from the options given, you will receive a link to join the consultation virtually. If you are 5 minutes late for the session, the consultation will be terminated and there is no refund. If you require another session, another purchase will have to be made. If you are tardy for your second consultation session, we will not proceed with a third.
